Build and enjoy! 8. Doesn't work? Message/friend Squakie#1337 on discord and I'd love to help :) FAQ: Q: Why are the bars all white when I click install? A: On newer versions of poiyomi the shading is set as default to "Shademap", this will make the bars appear completely white. Change the shading mode to flat, toon, realistic, or anything else. Q: Is this quest compatible? A: Yes! But no- you need to change the shader from Poiyomi to a quest compatible shader, when you do that then it is completely quest compatible. Q: Why won't my animations show up in the animation window drop down? A: You need to drag the animations into your "Base Layer" or your "All Parts" layer- timestamp is 2:40 for how to do this. Q: Why are my animations yellow? A: The path is wrong, you need to update the path to the correct path in the hierarchy. You can do this using the install script, starting at 4:30 Q: I don't have VRLabs avatar manager or your install script, where can I get them? A: Make sure you redownload the package from the gumroad, I have updated the install process and package as of 9/13/2022. Q: What is this business with your folder "status bar tutorial components? I don't know what I am supposed to use on my avatar when using, for example: "Jaden Elf - FX Layer" or any others like " Jaden Elf - Parameters." or "Jaden Elf - Menu Root" A: Those are just the components for my avatar specifically, you won't have those paramters, menus, fx layers or scene. Your avatar should come with its own vrchat menu, vrchat parameters list, and FX layer but they will be called different things. The easiest way you can find them is to click on your avatar's root (mine is called Jaden Elf in the hierarchy). From there, you want to look at your VRChat avatar descriptor. On there, you will want to expand your "playable layers" dropdown, and look for your 'FX' layer, and then expand your "Expressions" drop down. Clicking those boxes will then highlight the objects in your project folder/pane.
