This applied for Rexouium commercial license purchase (this license purchase gives you right to use the avatar for any commercial use, such as putting in media, animations, merchandising physical products linked to the avatar, for commercial purposes)

This applies for example, making a game, making merchandise, products to promote the avatar (e.g, games, clothes, toys), printing 3D sculpting for others.

Does not include making videos to upload on YouTube or other platforms that simply give you revenue.
(You already have permission with or without commercial license to do any video with the avatar)

-----------------Licensing:
-With commercial license purchase, may use the files to create other media for commercial use.
((Still does not mean you may redistribute the files alone or make it easy to get a hold of the files.))

Upon purchase, you are free to edit them however you like.
Other then:

-Don't do None safe for work.

-Keeping credit to creator.

-Do not resell or share the assets (commissioning for edits are fine as long as each party owns it)

-You are allowed to make the avatar set to public on VRChat, Please share the link to this Gumroad page https://gum.co/MYutV and to the Discord https://discord.gg/6mwSTtg in the avatar world or on the avatar itself if sharing public.

I am not responsible for any misuse to the model or not following TOS with any platform like VRChat rules.
