3. Intellectual Property: The Sculpt and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the owner. You acknowledge that the Sculpt is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Nothing in these terms and conditions transfers any ownership rights to you.

5. Termination: In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, your license to use the Sculpt may be terminated immediately without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Sculpt and destroy any copies or replicas you may have created.
